"My son and I had an interview at the US consulate"
Hotel staff was great! Very nice and helpful. Room was a good size bed was comfortable. Just wished there were more English channels on TV. Hotel restaurant food (Letter's) was disgusting and insanely overpriced for unseasoned, tasteless, and burnt food. Worst poutine ever and in MONTREAL!!

Check in process was a bit slow the couple in front of us took a long time to get checked in and the clerk did not appear to be aware or concerned about the long line waiting. A backup person who could have come and helped to check in would have been appreciated. Once we were checked in the rest of the stay was wonderful

"Hotel close to everything"
Everything was great! Loved the room, slept very well!! The hotel restaurant is way too expensive and the food really didnt like it!! Ceasar salade with chicken, didnt even had bacon! My husband took the panini with roasbeef and poutine! Couldnt even eat the poutine, the taste was disgusting! Very disapointed that we went for breakfast somewhere else! But beside that everything was really great!!

"Great weekend away"
We stayed for three nights and had no complaints. The staff was very friendly and bi-lingual which was helpful. The location was very convenient and I liked the modern touch to the room. It was kept nice and clean!

"Excellent location and great hotel"
After I booked this hotel, then I read the reviews. First, I was so disappointed after hearing everyone talk about their out dated rooms and bathrooms. My mind was completely changed when I got there. Our flight arrived around 8am and check in wasn't till 4, obviously our room wasn't ready. They took our luggage and stored it for us. Upon returning at 4 they gave us our keys, yes they were real keys and not swipe cards, but really what difference does that make to your experience. Our room was very clean and up dated! I was shocked at how nice it was. The windows weren't great, but really who cares! Your on vacation or work, all you need is a bed. They provided us with a map of the surrounding area which was extremely helpful. The location was key for this hotel, it was so close to the metro that no matter what it made it worth it! It was so cold there that your truly couldn't walk outside so the metro was not even a block away. When I return to Montreal I will be staying at this hotel again, and I am very picky about where I stay!

"Excellent location for Montreal"
Room was well modernized and unexpected by looking from outside. Only problem, locked myself in the washroom. Door handle and lock was busted. Noticeably cracked door at pin and wasn't working properly.

Only stayed for one night and had no major concerns or issues. It was a cold snowy day and night had to have the thermostat turned up, so there was some in-room noise while sleeping as a result. Not to mention the snow removal plow noise from outside during early morning hours.

"Great location relative to downtown & Old Montreal"
I stayed there during some very bad weather and it sucked but the hotel was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is literally next-door to the subway so the weather didn't deter me from still going out anyway. The only drawback was the lack of snow-plowing in the parking lot so I had a bit of a hard time leaving the lot.
