"Hotel close(ish) to Royal Albert Hall"
Very nice stay, staff were helpful and polite, they phoned for a taxi for me when required to take me to RAH, room was nice, was especially surpirsed with the shower, all in good working condition. Not much to say as was only there one night for attending RAH concert, but slept well, everything needed was there.

"comfortable, well-situated small hotel"
Having stayed in this area before we choose this hotel more for the location than facilities, but we were very agreeably suprised to find that it provided all the comforts of a much more highly priced hotel. The hotel is newly refurbished and is clean and smart. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

"Excellent stay"
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We found the reception very pleasant and accomodating. The room in North American standards is small but very adequate. I wouldn't want to live there for any lenght of time but for a few nights it was very pleasant. The room was bright and very clean with modern fixtures in the very small bathroom. The beds were comfortable and long enough for a tall person. There was a room safe. The supplied breakfast was just fine but if you wanted a hot meal it would cost you 5 pds, we did not use this option. There was an elevator, again, small put it was appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Transportation and restaurants were a short walk away making it an excellent location. You have no need for concerns if you choose this location.

"Great location!"
Just a short walk from the Earl's Court Tube station, this small hotel is on a quiet side street. The room was rather small, even for one person, but it was clean and tidy. The newly-renovated bathroom was bright and clean. I was under the impression that breakfast was included, but there was an extra charge (about $10), so I skipped the breakfast. Overall, I liked the hotel very much, especially the convenient location.

This hotel was reasonable and was right by the district tube line which is awesome. All we did in the hotel was sleep because we were sight seeing the rest of the day so it was great for the money.

"Cozy apartment style accommodation"
Lovely local townhouse style accommodation in quiet, residential neighbourhood. Very close to Gloucester tube stop, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops. Always felt safe as a single female, even at night. Nice balcony to sit out on. Kitchen facilities to make meals. Small and compact. Clean. Absolutely nothing wrong (other than maybe the carpet could have been cleaner). Otherwise, everything was perfect. Would definitely come back and have already recommended it.

"Excellent location on Kensington side-street."
Good hotel in an excellent location on quiet Kensington side-street. Comfortable, clean, pleasantly decorated room with good quality fixtures. Our only complaint was that it was somewhat small, but we managed well and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Very comfortable bed, with quality linens, etc. Did not eat breakfast in hotel (GBP15/person), but got in a selection of treats from the local Waitrose to enjoy in our room as we planned our days.

"Sometimes you get more than you pay for."
I stay in London a lot, and I normally have to choose between a reasonably-priced dump, a decent hotel at a shocking price or a nice, cheap place 15 miles from town. London Lodge is centrally-located, fairly-priced, clean and staffed with friendly people. The rooms aren't big and it's definitely not fancy, so if your destination is the hotel rather than the city it's in, look elsewhere. If you need a clean place to lay your weary head when you return from museums/pubs/shopping, this is where to stay.
