« We enjoyed our stay it was close to everything. Sad that the pool wasnt open yet, but it didnt effect our stay at all. Easy access to the beach. And 6 mins away from a nearby waterpark perfect for kids to 12, and it was at the beach as well. Very close to piñones for local delicious food, and close to the airport. »

« Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience. »

« First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so...

« The property owner was nice enough to have some food in the fridge for us. With the pandemic we arrived at the restaurant one night when they closed so we did not go hungry that night with the frozen pizza awaiting us in the unit. The place was clean but noticed a lot of deferred maintenance in the unit and the condo lobbies. The spectacular views made up for the downside of the place. »

« This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. No usb ports or anything of that nature. The smell was of an old vacant house. On the plus side there was a Walgreens across the street. We went there...
