"OK hotel for a couple of nights"
The big plus: Located half a mile from the Tukwila train station which takes you to Seattle Dowtown or SeaTac and located across Dollar Car Rental. The so-so: The big rooms furnished with a couch and a small dining table and the somewhat comfy mattress, The not so good: The front desk attitude or unwillingness to help (1 female employee and 1 male employee) and the ridiculous extra fee of $10 + tax you have to pay for an extra person even if you are married couple. Overall: (6.5 out of 10) This is an OK hotel to stay for no more for than 3 nights. Consider other hotels if you can afford it. Tip: Avoid walking to and from to the hotel late at night as you may encounter some characters on the street.

"Affordable and friendly "
Needed an airport shuttle and room last minute for cheap and all worked out perfectly. Was half the price of rooms all around, the staff was very nice, the hotel and rooms over-all were pretty old, but I am still satisfied.

"great value for those with layovers"
I'm not sure why so many of the reviewers are hating on this place. I booked this property primarily because it was so much cheaper than other places offering what I needed- free 24 hours shuttle, free breakfast and non-smoking air conditioned rooms. I was a little nervous upon check in as the common areas are run down, and the room they assigned to us was right next to the road (but on the 3rd floor). But upon entry to the room, we were happy. First, the room was fairly large and had 3 queen beds which meant the first night of our entire trip that my youngest son wasn't kicking me in his sleep. Secondly, there were a few different restaurants still delivering food in the area even though it was 9pm when we finally got settled enough to call. Third, all 3 of us slept very soundly, not even noticing the road traffic right below us (the property is a stucco cement which helped, I'm sure). The breakfast was basic, not the worst we had on our trip for sure. I also noticed that they advertised airport parking for $6/day which included free shuttle transport back and forth so it might be a good option for those driving into Seattle to fly to another destination. Overall, I was happy with this property. It also appeared to be family run which I always like to support.

It was ok although the faucet was not good, it still can use. I meant when I took a shower, the water came out on both side, the tap and the top.
