"Great hotel, great value for what you get!"
Hotel is not top of the line, no elevator and 5 floors but it is more than $100 per night cheaper than the "nicer" hotels nearby. Awesome location! Also, we loved saving money on the room AND having access to a small kitchen and laundry. We were a family of 4 traveling on less than 20 lbs each stayed here for 3 nights. Bought several meals at nearby grocer and ate them at the hotel. I also thought that the owner and staff were AMAZINGLY nice and helpful.

"Nice hotel close to metro and McDonald's!!"
Really friendly staff, large room, convenient location and an overall nice experience. First time visit to Paris allowed us maximum coverage of tourist sites through staying at this location, along with the convenience of McDonald's in the evening (which is 24 hours)! Had a nice little balcony which allowed a view of outside Paris which was a nice added touch. The price is affordable and the room has its own antique look which we have never come across before. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Paris as we had a fantastic time at this hotel!

"Nice cheap hotel near the train stations"
I staid two nights only in a single room with toilet on the same floor and shower one floor above. For the price I was positively surprised. It was simple but overall clean and airy (except the carpet), the staff were friendly, and the breakfast good value at 5,50 euros. Buses to the centre are around the corner, or you can walk. If you are on a honeymoon, this is not for you. If you're just travelling on a budget and can't find a cheap place in the centre, it's fine.

"Okay hotel but no lifts"
It's a bit far from the city centre. But if you're not travelling alone it shouldn't be a problem. Although there are a lot of eateries from kebab, crepes & restaurants, fruit n veg store (lovely people), pharmacy, cash machines, patisserie to name a few! Also, there are no lifts so lugging your luggage up the flight of stairs can be tricky. Fortunately I was on the first level! Walls are thin. Fortunately I didn't have noisy neighbours! Housekeeping also did not come knocking on my door like some hotels. No fridge either which is no big deal but I like to keep my drinks chilled. Bathroom could be a tad more cleaner. Otherwise I was comfortable with what I paid for. Staff were helpful.

"Good cheap stay"
This hotel is in a great location, next to some great restaurants and sights, easy to get to from the metro. The room was clean and the staff were helpful has everything you need for a cheap stay in this great location, a bed and a roof. You have to be ready for you are getting, we stayed on top floor and there's no lift, some of the staff don't speak English and the room has bare minimum. But I stayed there with my partner and we didn't mind about any of that as it had all we needed. Overall if you want a cheap stay this is a good place to go.
